Account and contact information:
We collect information you provide, such as your email address and internal account identifier, so you can sign in and use the same account on web and iOS.

• Learning activity: completed exercises, attempts, XP, levels, streaks, hearts, energy, onboarding state, and timezone. Code and exercise answers are sent to our server for grading; answer content is processed to return feedback and is not retained as a permanent answer history.
• Purchase and entitlement information: product identifiers, subscription status, App Store transaction identifiers, Stripe customer/subscription records, and a pseudonymous App Store account token. We do not receive your full payment-card details from Apple or Stripe.
• Communications: transactional sign-in and account messages, support correspondence, and marketing communications where permitted. You can unsubscribe from marketing using the link in those emails.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the personal information we collect from you for the following purposes:

• Accessing Your Purchases: To provide you with the digital content you have purchased and to ensure you can redeem and enjoy it.
• Operating GoFlow: To grade exercises, save and sync progress, maintain streaks and learning resources, restore purchases, prevent fraud, and provide support.
• Customer Support: To respond to inquiries and provide support related to your purchases and account.
• Marketing and Promotions: As a default subscriber, we may use your email address to send you newsletters, product updates, and special offers. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link included in our marketing emails.

We ensure that consent is obtained in areas identifying users. By using the Site, you agree to the subscription process described above. You may contact us if you have any concerns regarding consent or wish to modify your preferences.

• Service Providers: We use providers including Apple for App Store purchases, Stripe for web billing, Bento for email delivery, and hosting/database providers to operate the Services. However, no data transmission over the internet or storage system can be guaranteed to be entirely secure. While we strive to safeguard your information, we cannot ensure or warrant its security.

We retain account and learning data while your account is active and only as long as needed for the purposes above, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law. Short-lived authentication codes expire automatically. When an account is deleted, associated progress and personal account data are removed. We may retain limited pseudonymous transaction identifiers when necessary to handle ongoing billing, purchase restoration, fraud prevention, accounting, or legal obligations.

• Opting Out of Marketing Emails: You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any promotional email.
• Accessing and Updating Your Information: You may request to review, update, or delete your personal information. To do so, please contact us at the email address provided below.
• Deleting Your Account: You can permanently delete your ByteSizeGo account from Account & App Settings in the GoFlow iOS app. Account deletion does not itself cancel an Apple or web subscription; the app provides links to manage billing before deletion.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not operated by us. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices. Please review the privacy policies of any third-party websites you visit before providing them with your personal information.
